Nan, what an eventful life you have had, filled with so many happy memories that we have all had the privilege of sharing with you at various times. From going down the caravan as kids to coming round your house as an adult not hungry but leaving having eaten 4 biscuit’s, two cakes and a bowl of crisps. You never would take no for an answer. 


It’s great now seeing how our children Jack & Grace get so excited at going over to their nan & grandads house for play dates and sleep overs, reminds me of when we were kids and what we were like coming to your house or going to the caravan. We never wanted to leave and had the best times with you and grandad. 


You can look down now from up their and be extremely proud of your children, John, Jackie and my dad Gary. 

Thank you for raising such an amazing dad / grandad for us. Everyday he reminds me of you & grandad especially the way he is with Jack & Grace. He is a reflection of you both and we couldn’t have wished for better as our dad. 


Enjoy your retirement up there and say hello to grandad for us. Nan, you were ‘simply the best’
